You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a binding agreement for services or purchases.
Minors may participate only with written parental or guardian consent.

Crystal Intentions provides retail metaphysical products and holistic wellness services, including but not limited to:

• Reiki and energy healing
   
• Sound bath and vibrational therapy
   
• Aura photography
   
• Intuitive readings
   
• Red light and halotherapy experiences
   
• Workshops and educational events
   

All services are provided for educational, spiritual, and wellness purposes only and are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial services.

Crystal Intentions does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

You acknowledge:

• You are solely responsible for consulting licensed healthcare providers regarding medical concerns.
   
• No guarantees are made regarding physical, emotional, spiritual, or financial outcomes.
   
• All services are complementary and voluntary.
   

You acknowledge that participation in wellness, vibrational, sound, light, and energy-based services involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical discomfort
   
• Emotional release
   
• Light sensitivity
   
• Sound sensitivity
   
• Heat exposure
   
• Allergic reactions
   

By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Crystal Intentions, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, practitioners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from:

• Participation in services
   
• Purchase or use of products
   
• Reliance on information provided
   
• Website use
   

This waiver applies to claims arising from negligence but does not apply to gross negligence or intentional misconduct where prohibited by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Crystal Intentions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
   
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
   

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crystal Intentions, LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
   
• Your misuse of services or products
   
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
   

• Services rendered are non-refundable.
   
• Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit payment.
   
• No-shows may result in full forfeiture.
   

• Returns accepted within 14 days for unused items in original condition with receipt.
   
• Custom, clearance, and special-order items are final sale.
   

We reserve the right to refuse returns or service at our discretion.

All website content, branding, logos, taglines, course materials, and media are the exclusive property of Crystal Intentions, LLC.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to:

• Engage in unlawful activity
   
• Disrupt services or events
   
• Harass staff or customers
   
• Attempt unauthorized system access
   

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove individuals from premises without refund if conduct is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

Crystal Intentions shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
   
• Government orders
   
• Public health emergencies
   
• Supply chain disruptions
   
• Power outages
   
• Acts of God
   

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of services shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Indiana under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive the right to a jury trial.

Arbitration shall be the exclusive remedy for disputes, except where prohibited by law.

You agree that any dispute resolution shall be conducted solely on an individual basis.

You waive any right to participate in a class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding against Crystal Intentions, LLC.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana.

Venue for arbitration or permitted legal action shall be located within Indiana.

By checking any consent box, booking an appointment online, making a purchase, or using this website, you acknowledge that:

• You have read these Terms
   
• You understand them
   
• You agree to be legally bound
   

Electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modifications.
