Energy healing can help to reduce stress, alleviate pain, improve sleep, boost immunity, and promote overall well-being.

Retail Items

Retail items may be returned within 14 days of purchase if:

• The item is unused and in original condition 
• The item is in original packaging (if applicable)
•  A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided
   

Refund Method

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. 
• If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
   

Non-refundable/return items. 

The following items are final sale:

• Custom or special-order items 
• Clearance or discounted merchandise 
• Opened consumables (oils, sprays, supplements, etc.) 
• Gift cards 
• Used or damaged items
• Items altered after purchase
   

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Crystals and Natural Stone

Due to the unique, natural nature of crystals and stones:

• Variations in color, size, shape, inclusions, and appearance are normal and not considered defects.
   
• All crystal sales are subject to inspection upon return.
   

We do not guarantee energetic, spiritual, or metaphysical outcomes, and dissatisfaction based on subjective experience does not qualify for a refund.

Service and Session policy 

All services, including but not limited to:

• Reiki and energy sessions 
• Sound baths 
• Aura photography 
• Red light therapy 
• Vibro-acoustic sessions 
• Intuitive readings

are non-refundable once rendered.

Online orders and shipping

If an item arrives damaged:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Photo documentation may be required. 
• Approved claims may result in replacement or refund. 

Crystal Intentions is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages once marked delivered, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or future service to individuals who abuse our refund policy or engage in fraudulent activity.

Policy Changes

Crystal Intentions reserves the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date above.

Cancelations 

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a rescheduling option or credit.  

• Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit payment.  
• No-shows will forfeit payment.  

We reserve the right to enforce this policy at our discretion.

Prepaid packages

• Are non-refundable after the first session has been used.  
• May not be redeemed for cash.  
• Expiration terms (if applicable) will be stated at purchase.  

Unused packages may be eligible for store credit at management discretion. 

Workshops and Events

 Due to limited seating and event preparation costs:

• Workshop and event tickets are non-refundable.  
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may receive store credit.  
• No-shows forfeit payment.  

Tickets may be transferable if approved in advance.
