Reiki Level I

• How to connect with Reiki energy
• Hand positions for self-healing
• How to give Reiki to others
• Chakra basics and energy awareness

• Daily Reiki self-practice techniques

Reiki Level II

• Reiki symbols and how to use them
• Distance Reiki healing
• Emotional and mental healing techniques
• How to send Reiki across time and space
• How to strengthen your intuitive connection during sessions
• How to create a sacred healing space
• Practice giving Reiki with confidence
• Ethics and energetic responsibility when working with others
